We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect who can lead our digital transformation initiatives and support pre-sales activities. Position: Solution Architect – (Digital Transformation)
Reporting to: Head of Delivery
Location: Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Remote, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive digital transformation projects from inception to deployment, ensuring seamless execution aligned with business objectives.
- Formulate a robust digital strategy that aligns with business goals, ensuring technical feasibility and driving business growth.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions that streamline business processes, enhance efficiency, and foster growth.
- Work closely with the sales team and participate in client engagements to understand business challenges and provide technical expertise.
- Conduct in-depth requirement analysis and design custom solutions that align with client needs and technical strategies, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Architect and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP, while integrating AI/ML capabilities to drive innovation and deliver data-driven insights.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into understandable terms and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously evaluate existing solutions and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, promoting the exploration of modern technologies and approaches to keep solutions at the forefront of industry advancements.
Qualifications:
- Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in software architecture, development, and solution design.
- Proven success in leading digital transformation projects from concept to completion, highlighting strong expertise in Python, PHP, and the MERN/MEAN stack.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, including designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in pre-sales activities, encompassing client engagement, requirement gathering, and proposal development.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, microservices architecture, and API design.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, data analytics, and DevOps practices, including tools like Jenkins, Git, and Terraform, alongside CI/CD pipeline management.
- Expertise in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, as well as knowledge of orchestration tools.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, along with excellent communication abilities to convey complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
- Leadership capabilities with a focus on team development, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to work both independently and within collaborative, fast-paced environments.
